  • Did project planning to arrive at cost-effective end designs using sustainable and locally sourced materials

  • Did conceptual layouts, detail drawings, sanction plans, construction layouts and floor plans to support the design process

  • Broke down design concepts on site to translate detail drawings to a built form using vernacular methodology

  • Was involved in sourcing locally available raw materials and labour teams to execute work

  • Interacted with the workforce teams on a day-to-day basis to plan their activities

  • Handled all client payments, workforce payments, bank transactions, accounting, BOQs, management of site expenses and day to day financial transactions
